After the slightly surprising story in The Daily Express that Norwich, along with Fulham have bid £10m for Leeds’ Ross McCormack, it seems that it was a load of old rubbish – as far as Norwich goes, anyway.
This morning, Sky Sports are reporting that McCormack is in London, talking to Fulham over a potential move while at Colney, Neil Adams is introducing Lewis Grabban to the press.
During that press conference, Adams has been asked by the EDP’s Paddy Davitt about the McCormack speculation and Paddy has been told straight from Neil’s mouth that there has been no City bid for McCormack. He also told Paddy that there has been no bid for Watford’s Troy Deeney either.
He also hopes that a new goal keeping coach should be in place by tomorrow and that just just because two strikers have arrived, it doesn’t mean necessarily that any others will be leaving.
