The headlines from Friday lunchtime`s Colney press conference with Daniel Farke are that Cameron Jerome (back) and Wes Hoolahan (hip) are both fit to face Burton Albion on Saturday.

Both players have missed the Canaries` last two games due to niggling injuries but Farke says that both are now back in training and ready if called upon.

However, Marco Stiepermann has a groin issue and it has been decided to give him the chance to get 100% fit again, which is helped by the return of James Husband to full training and the emergence of Jamal Lewis, but Marco will miss the next two games.

Burton have suffered eight successive defeats at home, so are ripe for a classic “along come Norwich” moment, which when coupled with being just one point above the bottom three means there`s plenty of pressure on the Brewers.

Having said that, they have improved from the side that conceded heavily in the season`s opening months.

Another plus for City is Grant Hanley, who Farke says would`ve been fit enough to play if called upon on Boxing Day against Birmingham where he was rested on the bench. Timm Klose and Hanley have been first choice of late, although Christoph Zimmermann did nothing wrong against the Blues when he was asked to step in.
