East Anglian Derby Fixture Changes and Carabao Cup Dates

|

In what is probably the most unsurprising news you will ever hear, the East Anglian Derby games with Ipswich have both been put back 24 hours and given 12-noon kick offs.

That means the first derby game at Portman Road will now take place on Sunday 2nd September with a noon kick off. Expect it to be picked by Sky for live broadcast too.

The return game at Carrow Road will kick off at noon on Sunday 10th February and is also highly likely to be a Sky TV pick. That second fixture change will also have a knock-on effect on the mid-week game that follows against Preston North End.

The Preston game at Deepdale will now be played on Wednesday, February 13th, 2019.

In other fixture news, the Carabao Cup tie with Stevenage will be played on Tuesday 14th August with a 7.45pm kickoff.

Also, the trip to Reading on Wednesday, September 19th will have an 8 pm kick off.

Why? I have no idea.
