Forward Having Norwich Medical While Two New Youngsters Arrive In Norfolk

|

Polish winger Przemysław Płacheta has arrived in Norfolk for a medical before joining Norwich City according to reports in Poland.

We brought you the news at the weekend via The Athletic’s Michael Bailey that Placheta was close to a deal with just a medical being the final obstacle to a reported €2m move.

You can read all about that below.

Norwich City Transfer News – New Forward Incoming And Another Goes Out On-Loan

The 22-year-old winger has been in fine form this season with 8 goals and 5 assists in 35 appearances for Slask Wroclaw and the story has a little more meat on the bones this morning with the EDP carrying quotes from the Slask Wroclaw Sporting Director, discussing the transfer. It seems that this will be a club record sale for them as well as one of the bigger purchases made  by Stuart Webber for the Canaries.

You can also add a couple of new youngsters to the mix as well with sightings of former Arsenal youngster, Matthew Dennis and Sunderland right back/midfielder, Bali Mumba in Norwich City centre.

Sunderland’s fan base have been outraged on social media at the sale of Mumba to Norwich. He is in many people’s opinion the star of the Sunderland Academy and being sold to City for a reported knockdown £350k plus add-ons has not gone down well.

No doubt we’ll hear more on both of these stories in the coming days…
