As I sometimes do if I get time, I thought I’d do a little piece about the win over Middlesbrough via the various reactions to the result on Twitter.
We’ve got some players, some fans and an absolutely priceless piece of video from one Middlesbrough fan, who makes an absolute tool of himself. So, scroll on down and get ready for a chuckle.
First off, we’ve got the match winning moment from Teemu Pukki, who is in some form at the moment. He’s got four goals in 7 games for the Canaries so far and he bagged a couple for Finland in the international break as well.
🎥 Teemu Pukki's goal from yesterday's win over Middlesbrough! 👌 #ncfc

Yes, there was a little deflection but the ball ended up in the net and it was the deciding moment in the game. Keep it up, son.
Great feeling to get our first 3 points and clean sheet on board. @SkyBetChamp is going to be a marathon not a sprint. Fans were class!! Another big home game this Saturday vs Leeds #ncfc pic.twitter.com/AUvKLwRGlF

Then we have Darren Huckerby reflecting before the game on that famous 4-4 draw with Adam Drury getting the 90th minute equaliser.

I loved the way he shouted at the River End to hold onto the ball and when they threw it back gave them a bollocking. https://t.co/D24cbq5uaV

Moritz Leitner completed 27 more passes today (94) than Middlesbrough's three starting centre midfielders (Besic, Clayton, Howson) put together #ncfc pic.twitter.com/D27dLj7R8X

I’m sick of all of these Pukki and Messi comparisons. Can’t we just enjoy them both while we can? #ncfc #pukki

It’s easy to go overboard after such a good result but yesterday was exactly what us fans have been longing to see. Quick decisive passing with intent. Nobody should be moaning if a ball is played backwards as long as intent is shown to go forwards in next sequence. #ncfc

Long live the form of Jamal and Aarons. Superb #ncfc

Best all round performance by #ncfc for some time. Passion, composure, determination, working for each other, patience and following game plan. And a great atmosphere in Carra

A little more official content for you.
"It was a pretty ugly goal but I'll take it!" 😂
This man has settled in quite nicely at Carrow Road. 4️⃣ in 5️⃣ for Teemu at home so far 👇#ncfc pic.twitter.com/E3KowOVV64

Some of the comments when the team line up was announced at 2 were unbelievable eg ‘we’ve already lost’, ‘Stiepermann wtf’. Most were directed at Marco. 100% everyone is entitled to their opinion but you are supposed to be fans. He was excellent today as were they all #ncfc
