Norwich Agree Deal To Sign Winger

|

Norwich City have agreed a pre-contract agreement with Luxembourg international Danel Sinaniaccording to Football Insider.

This report states that the Canaries have moved decisively to sign the 22-year-old Luxembourg international on a pre-contract, meaning that he will join the club next summer.

Sinani has scored 11 goals and provided 2 assists in 12 goals in the Luxembourg league this season and it sounds like City were keen to sign him this month, with his current deal due to expire in the summer.

However, the report says that the Canaries were unable to strike a deal with his club, F91 Dudelange hence the signing of the pre-contract.

Although those statistics are very impressive it’s well worth bearing in mind the standard he has been playing at when compared to the Premier League or Championship, which seems the league that City will most likely be playing in next season.

It’s going to be very difficult to judge this transfer until we’ve seen the lad play but, if we’re honest, that’s been the way with most of our transfers in the last two and a half years.
