Russell Martin and Steven Naismith have been called up by Scotland manager Gordon Strachan for the coming international break.

The next international break of the year is almost with us, and Scotland face Lithuania in Vilnius on September 1 in a World Cup qualifier, before then hosting Malta three days later at Hampden Park.

There are a number of changes for Strachan in the squad with a few players missing out on the group from last June, but with some players returning to injury they find themselves back in contention and there’s also a first call up for Millwall goalkeeper Jordan Archer.
