Norwich Keeper Signs New Deal

|

Aston Oxborough has signed a new contract at Norwich City that will keep him at the club until 2020 with the option of a further year the club have announced via Canaries.co.uk

Aston is a Norfolk lad and has been at the club, in the Academy since the age of 10, having been scouted playing for Hemsby Hornets.

He started out as a defender but was moved into goal at the Academy and hasn’t looked back.

At the age of 14, Aston was regularly appearing for the Academy’s U16 team and also turning out for the U18s too. A good measure of his progression at such a young age.

He has also represented England U16s and has been a regular for the U21s and now U23s at Norwich – the future for Aston looks very bright indeed.
