Norwich City have completed the signing of SC Paderborn striker, Dennis Srbeny on a three and a half year deal, the club have announced

The 23 year old has been the subject of intense speculation linking him with a move to Norfolk in the last 24 hours and this announcement follows hot on the heels of the Canaries announcing Onel Hernandez in the same morning. These signings are like buses!

Srbeny is the top scorer in the third tier of German football this season, with 9 goals in 15 appearances and 8 assists, which is impressive at any level. Whether he can translate that form to the English Championship is a question we all want the answer to and hopefully, both he and Hernandez will be involved at Brentford on Saturday.

In terms of a fee, it is of course described as “undisclosed” but paper talk is that the fee was around £1m.

Welcome to Norwich, Dennis.
