The 19 year old forward joined Norwich last summer from Leyton Orient and scored 9 goals in 27 games for the Canaries’ U23 Development Squad last season.
There were times last season when we were short of numbers, striker wise and ir was a bit of surprise when Daniel Farke didn’t name either Abrahams or Pierre Fonkeu on the substitutes’ bench for the first team.
I seem to remember a bit of clamouring from some of the Vital Norwich forum regulars, including me, for this to happen but I’ve come to the conclusion that if he’s going out on loan to Exeter (no offence, you Grecians) then I’d doubt he’s going to cut the mustard at Championship level for Norwich at the moment.
Thats not me just rubbishing his career and ending it right there, more a touch of realism to the situation, I think.
Having said that, he’s only 19 and could easily go on and develop from here, after all, that’s what these sort of loan moves are all about. We’ll keep an eye on him and see how it turns out.
Good luck for the season, Tristan.
