England striker Jermaine Defoe will be back for Spurs in time for the Premier League match at Carrow Road on Wednesday.
Defoe missed the 2-1 FA Cup fourth round defeat to Leeds with a pelvic injury but has had an injection to help him be fit to face the Canaries and does not require surgery.
New signing, German interntional Lewis Holtby is also in contention to make his debut whilst defender William Gallas returns after a calf problem.
Emmanuel Adebayor (African Cup of Nations), Younes Kaboul and Sandro (both knee) are all missing and Tom Huddlestone (leg) will not be risked.

Holtby joined this week for £1.5m. He has 3 caps for Germany and has scored 10 goals in 55 games for Schalke. He was due to join on a free when his contract ended in the summer but Spurs agreed a deal with Schalke for him to join earlier.
The 22-year-old was eligible to play for England or Germany because he has a German mother and an English father and opted to represent Germany, the country where he was born. There are conflicting reports as to whether he will be involved tomorrow night.
City defender Sebastien Bassong is fit again following a calf injury and will return to face his former club (Thank God).
On loan striker Harry Kane is ineligible, while Lee Camp will be in the squad. Steven Whittaker may feature as he continues his return from injury; however he will do well to oust Russell Martin from the start. Martin, incidentally has scored City`s last 3 goals in the league.
Tottenham lost at Carrow Road for the first time since April 1991 earlier this season in the League Cup. Chris Sutton was the last player to score a Premier League goal for Norwich at home against Tottenham in April 1994 in a 2-1 defeat.
Along with Swansea, Norwich and Tottenham are the only teams not to be awarded a penalty in the Premier League this season. We need all the help we can get at the moment.
