Tottenham`s young playmaker, Alex Pritchard has been linked with a move to Norwich City by The Sun.
The red top`s story suggests that Norwich are keeping tabs on Pritchard as a potential successor to Wes Hoolahan, who at 33 is in the twilight of his career. Pritchard is 22 and was tipped to have a breakthrough season at White Hart Lane but has suffered with injury this term, while Dele Alli has shone. Pritchard is set to return to training with Spurs this month but it`s seems unlikely that he will get into the first team picture for a while yet.
Pritchard impressed me greatly when he was on loan at Brentford last season and he was the best player on the pitch as The Bees beat City 1-2 at Carrow Road.
There was a similar link to this lad last summer and I said then that he would be a top addition to the squad. Spurs have plenty of top young talent though and I`d be surprised if they let him go and if they did, he wouldn`t be cheap.
