QPR v Norwich: The Vital Statistics

I made a rather bold suggestion when I was a guest recently on the Pink ‘Un Show.

I was on just after the 1-1 draw with Ipswich at Portman Road and Michael Bailey asked Chris Reeve (Talk Norwich City) and I for our thoughts on the three league games that were coming up after the upcoming game at home against Middlesbrough.

I suggested that if we had any hopes of a promotion tilt that we should really be looking to get 7 points from the two away games at Reading and QPR and then the home game at the end of the month at home to Wigan.

Having beaten ‘Boro, we’ve now beaten both Reading and QPR and have looked pretty good while doing it too.

As has become the norm for our team, we dominated possession and made it impossible for QPR to get anything going, especially in the first half. The passing game dampened the home fans’ spirits in the first 20 minutes and we’ve come away with a one nil win again.

Anyway, here are those Vital Statistics.
