Norwich City have announced the pricing for the third round FA Cup clash with Chelsea at Carrow Road and it`s sensible.

After the debacle of last season`s third round game with Southampton when the club priced tickets at £25 for adults, the backlash that provoked at the time from fans has clearly been heeded as an adult ticket this season will be priced at £15 with U18s at just £5.

Carrow Road was less than half empty for that Southampton game as just 12,479 fans turned up and then to add salt to the wounds, Southampton priced the replay at just £12.

The club did acknowledge the cock up with free coach travel being offered for the replay at St. Mary`s but the damage had already been done.

This time around, with the game being chosen by BT Sport for live broadcast, it was going to be imperative that they got the pricing right and I think they probably have. The nature of what we have been seeing on the pitch lately makes me think this game is unlikely to sell out and hopefully the pricing will persuade a few more to turn out than last year.

Here`s the full pricing:
Adult: £15
65+: £10
Under 21s: £10
Under 18s: £5

Season ticket holders will get first dibs from 9am on Monday 11th December with the remaining tickets going on sale from Thursday 21st December.
