Match Day referee England has officiated 30 games in 2017/18, showing 113 yellow cards and two red cards.

He took in 42 games in 2016/17, with a return of 121 yellow cards and nine red cards.

His highest card count that year was seven yellows in the game between Cheltenham Town and Yeovil Town.

He took in 30 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 97 yellow cards and six red cards.

After two years officiating in The National League, which included a 2015 cameo in a Sky Bet League Two fixture, England made the step-up to refereeing in the EFL on a regular basis. In what was just his second season last term, England was the man in the middle for Blackpool’s Play-Off Final win over Exeter City at Wembley.
