Reports this morning suggest that Marc Tierney has agreed terms with Bolton on a summer move.
The 27yr old left back joined City in 2011 and was a big part of the Championship Promotion side as well as a virtual ever present in last season’s Premier League team.
His contract expires this summer and it seems he will move on a free transfer on 1st July.
With the arrival of Chris Hughton, Tierney started in the horror show at Craven Cottage but didn’t play in the Premier League for City again.
CH obviously didn’t fancy him and brought in Javier Garrido as a replacement and Javier is about to sign permanently from Lazio.
My own opinion is that ‘Mad’ Marc is a decent Championship player but not quite up to the Premiership.
