The influential Irishman has now found the net 13 times this season, and told canaries.co.uk after game:

‘The last five home games I’ve scored in every game so I’m really pleased with that.

‘I like to get on the ball and make things happen and create goals and score a few goals myself and hopefully I can keep it going.’

Hoolahan, Chris Martin and Grant Holt have scored 46 times between them in all competitions this term, and Hoolahan says there is some good banter between the trio over who fill finish the season as top scorer.

‘It’s working well and I hope it does for the rest of the year. Chrissy has been banging in the goals, Chris is on the same amount as me and hopefully we can keep on bantering with each other and catch Holty, but I think he’s a bit too far in front at the moment.’
