Can Alex Neil Turn It Around?

I personally believe he can but its going to take a lot of time to do so.

I think fans are expecting him to win the next two league games, which are winnable Rotherham away and then Wolves at home. If he he keeps consistency with the same team, with changes only if he has to due to injury, then we stand a high chance of winning those games.

The main problem this season is the team selections have changed so much that it suggests that Alex Neil doesn’t know his best team, however, the Brentford and Derby games may have just showed he’s starting to realise what his strongest team is.

I think leaving Klose and Hoolahan out was a bad idea, as since they have come back in we have looked a better team, keeping two clean sheets with Klose at the back and then looking much more creative and dangerous going forward with Hoolahan.

I think Alex Neil needs to stop picking his favourites E.G Jerome and Brady and play the players who will be suited for that particular game, but he cannot change the team drastically, week in week out.

So I believe he can turn it around.
