Darren Huckerby`s two performances last week against promotion hopefuls Birmingham City and Stoke City have seen the Canaries flying winger record the highest score of the week in The Actim Index – the Official Player Ratings of the Coca-Cola Championship.

The 30-year-old Norwich City star moved up six places in the rankings having scored the only goal in both of the Canaries` 1-0 wins last week. Hucks is now the 8th highest ranked player in the Coca-Cola Championship.

According to Actim Stats, Huckerby has notched seven goals and eight assists in 33 appearances. During his 3,081 minutes on the pitch, the experienced campaigner has also recorded 36 shots on target, 28 shots off target, 342 completed passes, 179 crosses, 89 dribbles, 46 tackles won, 11 interceptions, five clearances, and has received six yellow cards.

Norwich City`s other top performers include Jason Shackell and Dickson Etuhu. Actim Stats show that Shackell has scored three goals in 35 appearances and is currently the 7th highest ranked defender in the Coca-Cola Championship. Actim Stats also show that Etuhu has scored three goals in 36 appearances and is currently the 18th highest ranked midfielder in the Coca-Cola Championship.

Good stuff lads! Especially Hucks! Did anyone see the 4-4-2 magazine piece recently? It listed the top 50 players from outside the Premiership and apparently Huckerby isn`t including in this list – meaning that there our 50 or more better players than Hucks outside the top leagues. I find that very hard to believe.
