Russell Martin is all set to join Glasgow Rangers on loan for the rest of the season according to Sky Sports
The 32 year old is due to have a medical on Tuesday after an agreement was reached with Norwich City.
Russ is vastly experienced as a Scottish International, having also made 284 appearances for Norwich, the last of those though was the 4-0 drubbing at Millwall in August, something of a watershed moment for the City defence.
