Millwall have signed Harry Toffolo on a free transfer report Sky Sports
The deal is understood to be an initial free transfer but some performance-based payments are included.
The 22 year old is one of the few remaining 2013 FA Youth Cup winners still at the club and has rarely had a sniff of the Norwich first team.
He`s been out on a succession of loans ever since and made 17 appearances for Doncaster Rovers earlier this season before injury saw that loan cut short.
That was his second Doncaster loan with the player also having had loan spells with Swindon, Rotherham, Peterborough and Scunthorpe.
