Norwich City are interested in Celric’s talent spotter in chief, David Moss as their new Sporting Director / Director of Football report the Daily Record
Moss currently has held the role of Head of Development Scouting at Parkhead and reportedly played a major role in bringing the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Victor Wanyama and Moussa Demebele to Celtic in recent years.
Moss previously held Academy Manager’s jobs at Swansea and Crystal Palace but could be allowed to leave after Celtic appointed Lee Congerton as Head of Recruitment, last Wednesday.
Congerton arrives at Celtic having had previous spells with Chelsea, Hamburg and Sunderland.
