Norwich City have had an approach for Birmingham City`s Michael Morrison knocked back according to colleagues at our sister site Vital Birmingham

The 29 year old centre back joined the Blues in 2014 from Charlton Athletic and he`s since made 119 appearances and scored 6 goals and pretty much been an ever present, although he`s recently lost his place in the team.

Assuming this is correct, I`m wondering why we would be looking at centre backs, when we seem to be well stocked in that department, unless of course someone is on their way out this month and that could really only be Timm Klose.

Hope I`m wrong and that this is all just conjecture on my part.

  • I wouldn’t miss Klose. I think he’d provide money for a striker and we have cover in the form of Zimmerman, Hanley and Raggett (though not seen Raggett admittedly)
Can’t say I noticed this player at St Andrews however, with exception of their #27 they looked extremely poor.
