The club have revealed the reserve team fixtures for the 2011/12 Barclay Premier Reserve League – but I’ve no idea if we’re allowed to publish them.

Let’s go ahead and assume the same rules apply as for the first team (i.e. we’re not allowed to publish fixture lists without paying a bonkers licence fee), so we can tell you that the first game of the season will be at home against Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday 16th August.

The last game of the season is currently scheduled for Tuesday 10th April at Bolton, but that’s all you’re getting from here (click here to view the full fixture list on the official site).

As we confirmed a couple of weeks ago, the Canaries will play each of the other teams in the southern section of the league twice, and each of the northern teams once to create a 22-game season.

The teams finishing top in each section meet each other in a play-off final to determine the championship, which was last year won by Chelsea.

Barclays Premier Reserve League North 2011-12: Blackburn Rovers, Bolton Wanderers, Everton, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Sunderland, Wigan Athletic.

Barclays Premier Reserve League South 2011-12: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Fulham, Norwich City, Swansea City, West Bromwich Albion, Wolverhampton Wanderers.
