Seb is still without a club after being released by Norwich and Redknapp is still on the lookout for a defensive reinforcements. The Cameroon international joined Norwich in 2012 and spent five years with the Canaries suffering two relegations (2014 and 2016) with a promotion in the middle in 2015. Bassong is well known in football for having suffered a total of six relegations in his career – so far.
Bassong played for Harry whilst they were both at Tottenham and assuming he can prove his fitness, it seems as though he would be a good fit for the Blues.
