There’s been a lot of talk lately, maybe, maybe too much talk (sorry I’m a U2 fan) about the future of Robbie Brady.
Last week, The Mail reported that City had turned down two bids for their most wanted player (it would seem) from the Clarets but today they are reporting that Burnley have now upped their bid to £13m.
The initial fee would beat the Burnley club record of £10.5m that the Clarets paid for Jeff Hendrick, says the Mail
Presumably the rest would be in add ons or in instalments. You’d have to say that if true, this offer is pretty close to what he’s worth.
Surely Robbie won’t be a Norwich player come 1st February.
