Norwich City have tonight dropped into the relegation zone after a couple of unlikely results over the weekend.

City’s 1-1 draw with Everton on Saturday put them on 14 points and -10 goal difference but that was not enough to keep them out of the bottom three.

Bournemouth’s brilliant, albeit unlikely win over Manchester United saw them move to 16 points and then Newcastle’s equally improbable win at Spurs has also seen them move to 16 points.

Just above City in 17th place with the same points but -9 goal difference are Swansea City who continue to struggle even after the sacking of Garry Monk last week.

Below City are Sunderland on 12 points and Aston Villa with a woeful 6 points.

With the next two games being away at Manchester United and Spurs, it seems as though we may be in this position for a few weeks yet.

We are simply not good enough.
