Charlton striker Jonatan Johansson has finally completed his loan move to City, after being tracked for over a year by the clubs management.

The 30 year old has been admired by Nigel Worthington for a long time and while a number of bids and enquiries have been made, it is only now, one year on from when his initial interest was declared that the under fire City boss has finally got his man.

A Finland international, Johansson played 167 games for the Londoners with a scoring record of 33, while representing his country 43 times whilst scoring 9 goals.

Charlton paid Scottish giants Glasgow Rangers £3.75m for his services some six years ago, but unfortunately for him this season has not gone according to plan, finding himself a regular in the Addicks reserves.

?Jonatan is in the same position as a number of strikers here at the moment in that he needs to be playing football,? said Alan Curbishley while talking to the clubs official site.

Like Rehman, Johansson also has the option of staying on should the club reach their aim and make the Divisional playoffs.
