Norwich City will host Arsenal in the fourth round of the FA Cup if they can beat Southampton in their third round replay.
City played a 2-2 draw with the Saints on Saturday, twice coming from behind and with Steven Naismith equalising in the 92nd minute to take it to a replay at St. Mary’s on Wednesday 18th January.
The fourth round will take place over the weekend of January 28th/29th and you would imagine that there would be more than the 12,479 that turned up on Saturday, assuming that the pricing is realistic (Moxey, I’m looking at you). There’s also the possibility of the game being picked up by the BBC for live TV.
Anyway, it’s all a big IF at the moment because there’s the small matter of beating Southampton in their own backyard first.
