The Canaries were ball number 12 in the draw which took place live on TV channel “Quest” at the start of their EFL highlights show on Saturday evening.
Bournemouth have had a decent start to the 2018/19 season and currently sit ninth in the Premier League. Norwich booked their place in the last sixteen of the competition with a dramatic 4-3 win over Wycombe Wanderers in mid-week.
This next game is due to be played in the week commencing Monday, October 29, which will be in between the home game against Brentford and the away trip to Sheffield Wednesday on the Saturdays either side.
The tie will also be between games for Bournemouth, with an away trip to Fulham on October 27th and then a home game entertaining Manchester United to come on the following Saturday.
This is the fourth year in a row that City have reached the fourth round, what price progressing further?
Here’s the full draw. It could’ve been a lot worse.
