Norwich City are being tipped quite heavily to complete the signing of Belgian U21 international defender, Rocky Bushiri.
I’ve noticed a few tweets about him and now FourFourTwo are reporting that it looks likely that the 19-year-old centre back will join Norwich in the near future for a fee in the region of 100k euros.
Rocky Bushiri trekt naar het Engelse @NorwichCityFC. Transfer eerstdaags rond, @kvoostende vangt alsnog een kleine som (een paar 100k) @hlnsport #NCFC

Bushiri is an academy product of Belgian top flight club, K.V. Oostende. He is of Congolese descent and signed a two-year professional contract with Oostende in 2017, meaning he is now out of contract.
A little research suggests that Oostende would still be entitled to some compensation for the training and development of the player as he is under 24 years of age, based on an agreed current market valuation under FIFA’s Training Compensation scheme.
Rocky spent last season on-loan at another Belgian top-flight club, K.A.S. Eupen where he made 31 appearances. He is also an U19 and current Belgian U21 international.
Sounds like he could be a good addition, although whether that would be for the U21s or the first team, we’d have to wait and see.
However, after another transfer link this morning, the silly season is becoming even sillier than usual!
Today has been an interesting day for Canary transfer speculation, with Sky Sports reporting that City had bid £6m for Preston North End winger, Callum Robinson, this morning. The story was quickly picked up by the EDP and then two hours later the same writer used the hashtag #nocircus to say that City were NOT interested in Robinson. Maybe that hashtag was ironic?!
Just as likely, it could be that PNE want to start an auction for their man or get him to sign a new contract. Maybe an agent being a bit naughty?
👀 Nothing to see here. Apart from this of course #ncfc #pne #nocircus https://t.co/xlhavjTIB9

This came after Preston used their own Twitter account to state that the club had no bids on the table for any of their players, despite media reports to the contrary.
Contrary to reports in the media, Preston North End can confirm that they have no bids on the table for any of their players. #pnefc
