Kenny McLean will miss “at least” the next three weeks with ankle ligament damage according to Norwich City Head Coach, Daniel Farke.
Speaking at his usual Friday pre-match press conference at Colney, Farke broke the news.
DF: Kenny McLean has a ligament injury. Out until after international break.
Pinto is ill and won't travel with us and the same with Cantwell.#ncfc

The Scottish international only joined up with his new teammates this summer, having signed for the club last January and then being loaned back to Aberdeen and will now have to wait until after the international break for a sustained run in the team.
Kenny was on the wrong end of a crunching challenge during the second half against Stevenage on Tuesday night, having come on as a half-time substitute for Tom Trybull, who incidentally is fit for this weekend’s game at Sheffield United having only suffered a dead leg in the first half on Tuesday.
In other injury news, as you will have noted above, both Ivo Pinto and Todd Cantwell are suffering from illness and although Emi Buendia is back from Spain and has completed a light training session, he won’t be considered for what’s likely to be a very tough game at Bramall Lane. Marco Stiepermann is also available, having taken a bang to his knee against Stevenage and having been later seen talking to the media afterwards with an ice pack on his knee.
