Breaking news here in that ‘Sky Sports sources understand’ that Norwich City have rejected an improved bid from Chelsea for John Ruddy.
It seems that Jose Mourinho won’t give up easily in pursuit of our England goal keeper. Fingers crossed that they have a point they won’t go beyond and that McNally can stand firm. If they are dead set on buying him then I guess they will, as they have the financial clout to do so.
Meanwhile, still no word about Grant Holt – Sky Sports suggest he’s having a medical at Wigan today…
